1. HOW SOON CAN I GET AN APPOINTMENT & DO I NEED INSURANCE?

Answer: Dr. Nelson & his team can get you scheduled usually in less one (1) week for your first establishing visit. No insurance required to be seen. Dr. Nelson can see whether you have insurance or not!

2. How do I sign up to become a patient?

3. How much does the membership program cost?

Answer: Membership packages vary by age & healthcare needs. Subscriptions range from $89 per month for Seniors and Children; and starts at $119 per month for Adults. 4. How does the membership program work?

Answer: Membership functions like a gym subscription. You choose the plan that fits your needs and pay a simple monthly fee. There are no copays, no hidden fees, no surprise bills, or long-term contracts. You have the freedom to adjust or cancel your membership with appropriate notice.

 

5. Do you accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid?

Answer: No. Complete Medical Direct Care is insurance-independent by design. This model keeps access open to everyone regardless of insurance status and removes insurance-driven interruptions, pre-authorizations, and paperwork that interfere with personalized care. You're free to use insurance for labs, imaging, specialists, and hospital care outside our practice membership.

 

6. Does Dr. Nelson and his team see children?

Answer: Yes. The practice welcomes patients ages 12 and older, including adolescents, young adults, working adults, and seniors.

 

7. Are after-hour appointments available?

Answer: Yes! Evening virtual appointments are available upon request, making it easier to access care around work and family schedules.

 

8. Is Dr. Nelson accepting new patients & how soon can I get an appointment?

Answer: Yes! We are accepting new patients. After you subscribe and complete the registration, appointments typically occur within 72 hours & less than 1 week. This is usually much faster than in traditional primary care settings.

Dr. Nelson is a great primary and was very thorough in his examination. He went over my blood work results with me and made it all very easy to understand and recommended several lifestyle changes to help improve my numbers.
